<h1><font color="red">A Woman of Substance: Senator Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton</h1></font>
Hillary Rodham Diane Clinton has been a skilled politician and a sharp woman lawyer for so many years. She is an outstanding Senator from New York and has earned the respect of most Americans. This article seeks to focus on how she conducted her political campaign during the last democratic party election and how she emerged into higher office as a result of her political maturity rather than by merit.
<p>
On January 20, 2009, Hillary will become the most powerful woman, third in command in government and take over from Condolessa Rice as the Secretary of State of the United States of America. This is the most powerful office Hillary would have attained on her own merit. Though Barack Obama is a shrewed politician who has assembled for himself a smart team of capable people and specialist with the aim of bringing America out of economic darkness into a new reality, however, the road that led us this far has not been without bruises, tears and outright mud fight.
<p>
During the democratic elections, there were times when it was difficult to know if former President Bill Clinton was running for office or if his wife was running. There was a whole lot of below the belt blows struck and a lot of name calling and ego bashing but Barack Obama emerged the winner of that race to the shock and horror of most people. It seemed youthful strategy defeated seasoned political strategy and the old boy network of the Clinton family.
<p>
The most remarkable thing that earned Hillary my utmost respect is the way in which she fought her political battle to the end and the eloquent speech she made <b>encouraging women never to quit</b> and to finish whatever they started knowing that their gender no longer poses a barrier to how high they can dream. I believe Hillary's effort has paved the way for the future of women in American politics on a new scale. Time will tell how well she did so. She has changed the balance and drove a nail through the gender stereotypical limitations accorded to women who dream to become president. Hillary has made her point! Yes, sir!
<p>
Her greatest respect which she earned from me was how totally and boldly she supported Barack Obama and urged all her followers to do the same. She shared her vision and told the American people that team work is all that was left and reiterated so many times that she believes that Barack Obama is the best candidate for president. She played a vital role, a statesman [state-woman] role at a crucial time in American history, weighing in well, strategically and effectively at the right time, in the right way. She did not let bitterness get in the way of political pragmatism.
<p>
Of course the whole world knows that Barack Obama, an African American, won the election and he will be sworn in on the 20th of January 2009 as the President of the United States of America and Hilary Clinton will become his Secretary of state. That makes her a women of power, influence and substance not only in America but all around the world. As an ex-first lady, she has the experience, the influence and the necessary international network that will enable her to do an effective job in her new office and position. God knows America need a peace-maker at this point when her image is damaged and tarnished all over the world more so during these last eight years of the Bush administration.
<p>
We therefore unreservedly celebrate Hillary Rodham Clinton as a woman of significance and a woman of substance for her generation. May God watch over her for she has been called out for such a time as this. Please say a prayer for Hillary Rodhan Clinton. She needs all the prayerful help she can get!
